17 Oct 2007 The Plot Thickens

Okay, okay, this is my last post on the subject. We know how hard I try not to judge the dishonest and stoopid. *insert maniacal laugher here*

Why you need to read about this train wreck:

1. It’s a lesson in how not to handle your writing career.
2. It’s an even better lesson in how not to handle controversy. (Tip: Keep your mouth shut, don’t threaten people with wiccan tenfold retaliations*, and don’t announce in public that you will sue for “deformation” of character.)
3. It’s a lesson in how not to use your disability and life circumstances as excuses for your mistakes.
4. I’ll quiz you about it six months from now.

This is where it started:

This is where it continued:

This is a round-up on the situation:

I understand this woman has led a tough life. I understand she was scammed. I do not understand why she continues to defend herself. Guess I’ll just have to wait for that “major” newspaper article to show up.

* There are no wiccan tenfold retaliations. It’s threefold. Not ten.

One Response

  1. It’s sad what measures some will resort to in order to attach the word “published” to their job description.

And sadder still that there’s no shortage of Christopher Hill’s to “assist” them in their endeavours.
